  • im finding it SUPER hard to gain girth... PLEASE HELP

    i do simple exercises, jelqs, vjelqs, stretching, ulis and try to kegel. I find kegels really hard but seriously i need girth! can anyone help me?

          One important thing, I've found to making gains is that if you overwork slightly and start to turtle, don't let yourself turtle. Do some light stretches and jelqs to keep your penis relaxed and jelly-like.

            What are you doing for length exercises? If you don't do any or do very little exercises for length, then you probably won't gain much in girth.

              i do length excercise too. jelqs, stretches, bends etc but its tough. Thanks for replying guys
