  • JP90 about over now what???

I'm done with JP90 should I take a week or two off???

I want to do a routine geared towards girth so should I just switch over routines without any rest???

Next option would be to cement the gains (which I'm not sure how to do that exactly) then try later this summer to go for girth?

I picked up plenty of length and simply don't need to work on that. I will kegel for a while no matter what, I'm seeing direct results from that.
    7 1/4 inches x 5 1/4 inches Spring 2014
    8 X 5 1/2 late summer 2014
    8 X 5 3/4 Feb. 2015 That took a while.
    8 X 6 goal
    8 X 5 7/8 May 2015, wife said stop for now.

I'd take a week break from PE, just do kegels. Gains are cemented over a period of time, just doing PE consistently will cement your gains, so don't worry too much about that. I've given the links for everything you should need from here. Best of luck to you!

Congrats on completing JP90 and on your gains!

Take one week off. In addition to the threads linked by Get Hung, please take a look at the following.

well i'm not a big advocate for taking any time off.. I dont have the green bars behind my name to back up my advice but i know others would agree with me..

Uli's, erect bends, and a penis pump do wonders for girth. Its almost scary how well they work.

There is plenty of great advice all over this forum.. best of luck.

Take the time off anyway. Every two to three months, it is good to take a break.
For you, my bro, follow the links about what to do after 90 days. More or less,
evaluate what your goals are whether it be simply for ED, length, girth, what-have-you. It is too early really to know where you will have the most issues with in gaining (not temporary but fibers). So, go about PE according to what your goals are. Per example, if you feel your length is lacking more than your girth, it would be better to incorporate more PE into that and so forth.
Keep in mind, any new exercise that you do which takes more intensity still requires conditioning, so go slow preventing unnecessary injuries.
            Begin 7/25/2011:
            NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

            Current 12/05/2014:
            FL 5.25, FG 5.2
            NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

            Long:
            UEG:MEG 6.5
