Big depth and a small width

The width at the very base of my penis is 1.5 inches, but the girth is 5.4 inches. My CC down there is pretty small. My CS is fairly large in comparison. From the top and bottom view it looks really thin, but from the side it looks fully thick and proportional to the rest of my penis. I was wondering how much of that girth mostly from my CS at the base is usable and felt during sex, how much of a stretch it's giving compared to if my CC was bigger but the same girth all around? It gets pretty hard, obviously never as hard as my CC but it feels pretty solid. I always wondered about it, and if I could try increasing the width of my penis? I'm happy with the overall girth but I hate knowing my CS will never be as hard as my CC.

Depends on position, but if missionary etc, having a bigger depth is better than width IMO, because you can stimulate the clit more this way.
