    Aswell as nbpel, i can't see improvement with my flaccid length if it varies so much. It varies from 4.4 to 4.7, and if i pullback the foreskin it gives me an extra .1inch or so, even the measuring technique fools me a bit. I'm not into gaining FL, i just know that some length improvement indicates that eventually i could see results in nbpel and bpel as i continue with PE. Was thinking also to measure my bpfl for accuracy if it could help. Should i keep my foreskin retracted to know my actual FL?

    I believe everyones FL varies.
    Point - just measure the same way each time. If you decide 3 jelqs,5 helicopter shakes first, then measure; then do it the same way each time when you measure.

      Whenever I check for gains, I measure five times a day during varying hours. Maybe that might help you out. Also, what Dangler said makes a lot of sense.

      My flaccid length varies a lot. From like 2" when I'm feeling cold, all the way up to 5.5" when I'm feeling warm.

        I never thought of doing a couple of jelqs or helicopter shakes before measuring, but anyways i will apply them and then track my FL gains.

          When I've taken a shower and put on some clothes and a robe and get comfortable in front of the tv, after like an hour or so my unit always turns into a nice flaccid state that always seems to be the same. If you have a routine similar to mine you can measure at that time. Also after taking a warm bath is good, since atleast my unit is at its "maximum flaccid".

            Besides BPEL, you can use BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) to assess actual length gains made.
