dude i swear the only thing i have against me is one count of a MICS (misconduct with a controlled substance) in the 4th degree. Thats it. In my state a MICS 4 is specifically for over an ounce of pot. And yes there is a whole bunch of shit i'm leaving out. I dated this girl that the DA was really interested in and he is a super nice guy. He hated me because I was dating a few other girls at the time and didnt take her seriously. She was madly in love with me. He was in love with her. And i also dated the head of the VICE wife back when she wasnt with him like 8 years ago so he really hates me as well. its super messed up. I had to quite a job i was making 120k a year at to go back to my state to serve probation. I now only make 70k a year.... its super crazy.
