Ulis are fantastic for increasing glans size. You have to do lots of kegels throughout to force the expansion and blood to your glans. Another great exercise for it is my KITJ, which is in my signature. And finally, as the guys mentioned, clamping is AWESOME for increasing your glans size, in my opinion it is the best, but it is also the most extreme out of the exercises listed so perhaps try them first.

Also how often do you guys do ulis, three times a week? I also extend 5-6 days a week..
what I started doing, saw a bit of expansion today. I grabbed the base for the uli then mini jelqed for 3 seconds and held for 3 seconds right under the glans, i would do 3 jelqs like this and then do 10 quick kegels. I did 5 reps of these since in the instruction video it said to stick to around 3 ulis. It was done at about 50-70% erection and by the end when i kegeled i would be att 100. Does this sound like a good exercise? I'm pretty well conditioned, about 3 months of jelqing then 3-4 months of wearing the extender. I have also did PE in the past. also will this exercise hurt my EQ? I only wanted to add a girth exercise if it would make my glans bigger and/or help my erection quality, because im only going for length at the moment since that how people say to go about PELast edited by Tj94; 07-08-2014 at 03:24 PM.
