    iv looked into ULi's and they look pretty good im gna look at horse squeezes too. also clamping looks pretty good too, and the product is only small

    The best way I suggest converting from your conditioning routine to focus on a girth routine is to do what Looking4More did; which was to gradually insert manual girth work into the JP90 routine. Most girth exercises can become extremely intense, particularly for someone fresh out of their conditioning phase. Doing what L4M did is the best way to get into girth exercises without going over-board.

    ye good point, iv seen a few stories of guys going too much too soon. so ill be sure to keep my intensity very low n build up over a few months

    I've had some success lately with a 5kilo weight with a hook that I hang over my willy at the base and I grip the gland and hold up on my willy.

    cheers mate :P iv looked into ULi's double ULi's and horse squeezes and they all look very appealing, recon ill give em a go. then after a year ill move onto clamping i recon :P

    I think it is best to set half year, year, and bi-year goals. Fuck months and weeks, they only count for bullshitters
