  • Is my edging and kegelling supporting PE goals?

    Hi.

    I've been reading on the forums about pelvic floor balance and I am now unsure whether my routine outside of JP90 is supporting my enlargement goals.

    What are your opinions, please?

    I edge for about 20 mins a time without porn, and recently I've been doing it every other day.

    I also do 50 kegels held for 3 seconds during my JP90 warm ups (so 5 days a week).

    However I do not do reverse kegels or any other kind of kegel.

    I've been on PE since January this year. What sort of edging/kegel schedule would best support my enlargement goals?

    If you do regular kegels then you must do reverse kegels as well to prevent tightening your pelvic floor and/or overworking it.

    Please consult with the https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...r-balance.html thread on the ratio or regular to reverse kegels reps that you should follow in your routine.

    I think that 50 reps in one sitting is too much, consider splitting them into sets of 25 reps, up to three sets throughout the day totaling in 75 reps overall.

      Pelvic floor balance is more a stamina issue than a growth issue.

        But I am aiming for EQ. Isnt floor balance an EQ thing too?

          Unless you're very sexually active, then adding stamina work to your routine would actually be necessary to maximize your EQ- and your gains.

              For some reason when ever I edge and try to kegel or reverse kegel I start to loose my erection. I have noticed though that and edge session after jp90 routine does allow my flaccid penis to stay fuller longer after the workout.

                If you're not very sexually active, then the exercises would be kegels and Stop and Starts immediately after your enlargement session. You'd perform them 3-4 times a week.

                  That's to be expected, but the more you practice your training in a progressive manner while improving your EQ, the easier it should be for you to retain your erection during kegeling.

                    In terms of my routine, I could do edging on the first JP90 day after rest (making it 3 x a week), and I could incorporate kegels into my warm ups and warm downs only 3 x a week to prevent overtraining.

                      You might already know this but you can kegel anytime, doesn't have to be during your routine or warm up

                        I know that, but I much prefer doing it all together- makes my PE work more consistent.

                          For maximum effectiveness, you can structure your training as follows:

                          Warm up > Enlargement work > Kegels > Edging > Warm down

                          Each exercise builds upon the last one, so that you get more out of the routine than if you did each exercise on its own.
