    Hello All,

    I want to come back into PE strong. I once tackled PE a couple years back after pills, going through 2 extenders, and weights. I really believed in PE before and still do but after 7 dedicated months of doing JPs routine with some variations I did not see any gains.

    I knew some guys are harder gainers than others but I felt defeated still and thought oh well just keep telling yourself you're big enough and you'll eventually start to believe it. I've had a lot of Success with women since, as around that time I gave up PE I also became single. Not to brag or anything but since 2011 I've bedded around 25-30 women. Not one woman has complained of my size but at the end of the day it's myself I want to gain for.

    I mean I was comfortable with it for a while, but I started hanging out with some new guys and one weekend My member got exposed. For months i had to undergo small dick jokes. I literally had to pull each one aside individually and plead for it to stop as it is a very sensitive subject for me and affecting me in ways they couldn't understand. Ever since I knew about penis size during puberty I've wanted a bigger member, but it just never really grew much. I find myself asking why wasn't I given more size? Comparing it to inanimate objects like "is it longer than this pen? than this phone? Or that? is it thicker than this?"

    Can someone please outline a routine or link me to a routine for hard gainers? I'm really just interested in adding .5-1in of BPEL to my BPEL 5.5 in. member.

    Any advice or links in the right direction would be greatly, heavily appreciated.

    Hey man, I am yet to see gains also, you are not alone, you just need to experiment until you are getting positive PI's. I don't think this necessarily means doing more though.

    Have you had a good break then from PE since you started?

    Maybe go with a lighter routine and see how your bod responds if you have had time off and build up once again slowly.

    Started out at 8" now i'm at 9 1/2" but this has been over the course of like 3 years because since I was already at a good size i'd stop doing PE after reaching a 1/2". Most recent gains was from 9" to 9 1/2" and that only took a month to a month and a half.

    All my workouts are nothing advance just the basics. jelqing 2-3 times a day for a week for 10-30mins 2 days off and while taking time off from jelqing i will do edging instead of masturbate and towards the end of by edging session do a couple of balloning holds for 20 secs. These 3 have given me the gains I have made so far with no issues just increased performance. I'm multi-orgasmic and my refractory period is 5mins, less if she has no problem giving oral. EQ is strong and I perform kegels everyday some days I just do enough to keep up the general health of my PC Muscles other days I do 5x20 sec holds and 3x50 flutters to get a nice workout.


    (Weight hanging isnt one of my primary go to exercises just something i personally do to stretch the ligaments if i dont feel like jelqing on certain days the amount of weight I use is 1 1/2lbs so nothing crazy and I won't be going up in weight. Its not really about how much you use so much as its about the quality of the stretch and anyone that exercises knows that you are supposed to do stretches slowly and in a controlled manner)

    Did you experience an increased erection quality during that time, or did you start off at 10/10?

    I've had a pretty lengthy break since starting PE. I guess a good start would be getting into JPs routine again, but what are you're plans or what have you done after those 90 days to get positive PI's?

    I'm pretty much starting of with 10/10. I've never had EQ be an issue.

    Thanks for the tips! Would you recommend going into this routine after hitting JPs90? Or could I jump into it sooner?

    Let's get back to the topic of you not gaining.
    Now let's break some things down some.
    Yes, there are those with less denser fiber make up on the penis where they will gain faster in areas (first it is always temporary because the fibers and cellular walls are just stretched out). So, you really need to keep it simple and consistent (not going from trying one thing to another in attempt to gain) because the body response better to consistency especially at first where conditioning really needs to take place.
    So, maybe you are a hard gainer. I will admit I don't have a hard time with gaining length due to my ligaments but I spend a year after reaching 8 (my length goal) cementing it while working on my hard earned goal - girth.
    OMG! I really work at it! But hear it the great news of not throwing in the towel (patience is a virtue), when I do FINALLY gain a smidgen which takes a long time, it is already cemented because the time it took to gain in the first place.
    There are pros and cons to being thick fibered or thin fibered. Those with thinner fibers lose it very fast if they don't spend adequate time in cementing. Those with thicker fibers don't really have to as much because of the depth of time it took where the tightly woven fibers with good edging practice usually seal the deal.
    Just like those of us who gain hard in muscle mass. It isn't that we are not gaining muscle mass but that we have more tightly woven fibers but because they are woven tightly, we look cutter and we keep it a lot, lot longer when we stop pumping iron for a good period of time.

    Never thought of it that way. I love how you related it to gaining muscle mass as I am pretty much a gym rat. Thanks.

    Just an update I've started jp's90 again and have done 3 workouts this week with one rest day in between. Felt good to get back in it. Thinking back on how I was jelqing before I can remember that I was doing them very fast. I've made an effort to slow them down and think that it will make a big difference this time around.
