I would say that most guys are able to achieve .5 girth gains with dedication. Some gain that much in the first year, some take a little longer. Just remember, slow and steady wins the race.
Mrb8 advised on an earlier thread that it wold be best to complete a beginner's routine before starting on a more advanced device routine. A conditioned dick responds better to devices and your odds on gaining are better with a conditioned dick.
if you are patient and consistent, 1/2 inch gain in EG is possible in a year or so. Don't rush to gain because an injury can set you back a few months.

Start off with the JP90 routine. It will condition your penis for maximum expansion, in a safe manner.
A half inch difference in girth is VERY noticeable, both in appearance, and in feel to most women.
Yup it is possible, but girth gains are generally far harder to get than length gains for most people. Look up the abundance of girth exercises on the forum once you are conditioned (i.e. after a beginner routine such as JP90).

Thanks to all of you I really appreciate the help I will do conditioning routine and go from there with pumping and GIRTH exercises
Also consider you may have a tight tunica. This makes it more difficult to gain girth without doing the right exercises to soften that stubborn tunica.
