    Ive been recovering for a while from a long sex session then pumping.I went two days with no penile activity, and I wanted to see if I was recovered so I edged instead of pumping, I got crazy expansion when I kegaled it looked like I gained some girth even my glans seem bigger but my erection was really spongy the only time it was hard was when I do'ed.
    Any body know whats going on there? Not sure to continue recovery or have another pe session?

    My example. I pump at 5 hg and find that I can go for 2, 20 minute sets and in the third I start getting build up so the next day I go down to 4 hg and can do 3 complete 20 minute sets at that new and lower hg. That means that I get more pump time in and no edema so I will get better permenant gains at 4 hg than I will at 5 because I can stay in the pumped state longer.

    I did these experiments after I had been getting edema badly when I started and I went and read and read and PMed with many pumpers. I noticed that all those who made permenant gains kept repeating the same theme, low pressure and longer or more sets.

    You would be better off to do twice as many sets at half of the pressure. You wont get the eye candy effect of pumping up to the same girth at first but you will be surprised at how little time it will take to get that girth after a few weeks of switching your style and it will be solid blood and tissue, not edema.

    Any how I just wanted to share some pumping veteranship with ya and I hope it helps. I am always available to Pm about pumping and I dont mind at all. I am currently a hanger but I have my pumping balck belt so feel free.

    Thank you very much for taking the time to post these links mrb8 but I think it went away or was a false alarm im not sure but I warmed up and then cool downed a little and stared to edge and it went great.in the beginning it didnt really get hard as I continue it got rock hard.the "gains" that I thought I made were gone, but my eq increased

    Indeed, alternating between heat and cold helps clear fluid build up as it acts like the pump that is lacking in the lymphatic system, so does a massage (in this case the edging)!
