Length before Girth workouts or vice versa?
Basically what do you guys think is more effective? Doing your length workouts before your girth workouts or the other way around. Do you take into account if your goal is length, what if your goal is girth? What do you guys think?
Edit: There may have been some confusion. What I meant was in your day to day routine. What do you do first: Do you do your length workouts first(stretching, tugs, etc) or do you do your girth workouts first(jelqing, squeezes)?
