    Basically what do you guys think is more effective? Doing your length workouts before your girth workouts or the other way around. Do you take into account if your goal is length, what if your goal is girth? What do you guys think?

    Edit: There may have been some confusion. What I meant was in your day to day routine. What do you do first: Do you do your length workouts first(stretching, tugs, etc) or do you do your girth workouts first(jelqing, squeezes)?

    I tend too mix it up a bit, And I'm 7x5.3 and my ideal size is 7x5.5
    i have gained .3 girth and .2 Lenth it's hardwork but it comes in the end and too be fair I don't think I'll ever stop PEing

    It is better if you aim for length and girth the same time.Why focus on one when you can attain both?

    From the other threads we have on this subject, most members tend to focus on length first and then girth but there is no set way. I guess it really depends of what you want and/or need.
    Realize that regardless of which way you go, you will experience some growth both way due to the exercises, blood flow and just health improvement of the groin area.

    Good point. There is not set format. I do suggest that you take a good look at your goals for what you want your penis to look like in time keeping in mind that it usually takes longer to obtain actual (fiber) girth. If you have enough girth, then focus more on length and vs. I know it was a far cry easier for me to gain in length to my goal which was achieved and cemented over time than ever in girth.
    Therefore according to your goals (not skipping the conditioning that goes with any routine increments or intensity levels), set your routines to what needs the most work whether it be girth or length. If it is both equally then balance it out.

    It all depends on the exercises you do for both your length and girth in my opinion. I used to always do my manual girth exercises, jelqing or clamping before I went near my length exercises because the other way around would not have been possible - dick exhaustion from length work not being conducive to good EQ for girth after. However, now I am doing my manual stretch routine (length) before my pumping routine (girth), this is purely down to the effect the exercises have on my dick. I have tried pump and then stretch and I don't like it, the feel of it, the effect, and so on. Again, it all depends on the person.
