    Alright guys,

    It's been a while since i've been active here. I think I've finally reached a point where I want to take PE seriously. I've done the whole on and off routines and even had a progress log going but eventually I quit each time.

    I'm looking for some advice on making significant girth gains over the next year or so. Length is cool too, but I'll take what comes and don't really want to focus on it. I've read a lot of posts over the years but I'm looking for targeted advice from members personal experiences. What should I be doing to gain in girth? Supplements, tools, excercises? All fair game. I've got a thin dick and I want to change that. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    P.S. I'm aware of all the beginners routines and such. I'll likely restart with one of those before getting into any serious girth training. I just want to plan ahead.

    Check out Looking4More's progress log. He transitions from JP90 to a girth heavy-JP90 and had good results.

    One exercise I've been doing lately is supper slammers. They are a very advanced exercise and I advise a while before attempting them and a great warm up is necessary. Great for girth

    Personally, manual girth exercises alone were quite ineffective for me, but when combined with clamping and pumping, it seemed to work well. People respond differently to different things though. I think Namso's order of clamp-manual girth exercises-long low h.g. pumping session combination to have worked by far the best for me in regards order of girth routine. I gained 0.15 in around 2 months of hard work from following this pattern.
