    In all this commited time (5 months) i haven't seen any girth gains and damn if i want them. Shouldn't i have seen some girth gains before already and is it really that difficult to gain? Maybe because i'm above average (5'4) and it takes alot more time..

    But without going off-topic.. in order to see greater gains, is it possible that i need to do more jelq reps? Or is it just the quality of the jelq?

    Im only doing 100 wet jelqs and 100 kitv's (1 jelq 1 Rep) so Maybe its not enough and i need to intensify and add more jelqs to my jelqing sessions.

    Any advice?

    How are your PIs? Whats your schedule? And at what erection level do you perform the exercises?

    Is this all you do, without stretches or anything else?

    All pi's are positive but on different
    Days i turtle because of my rk routine..

    100 wet jelqs 100 kitv's at around 40-50% erection level and 10 uli's 30sec hold 80-90% erection level, and thats basically what i do.

    I Didn't add stretching cause i gain length through jelqing.

    And yes, i had a noticeble gain in length.

    Congrats on your gains!

    You say reverse kegels make you turtle, how?

    You can try to gradually increase the amount of jelqs by 5 to 10 reps a week and see how will your penis responds, and maybe do them at a slightly higher erection level.

    Probably because im using too much force (pushing hard) or im doing to many rks that causes me to turtle..

    I can try to increase reps weekly depending on pi's. Doing jelqs at a higher erection level won't work for me, i cant get a good grip past the 60% erection level.

    60% is just fine!

    Reverse kegels should not cause turtling, but also you should not push too hard.
