I am wondering what everyone's opinion is in the best exercise to correct a down / left curve

Nothing, I'm afraid. It's just how your tissue formed. PE is about getting a lot of blood into the tissue, making it grow to support all of the blood, with that I think the curvature may fix itself or turn out to be worse. I don't know what to tell you
