I put the silicone piece at the base of my giggle stick and then I put another one over it and thought that it felt pretty good.

    After a few minutes I started to jelque with this because it kept the blood in my prong and with my bad hand I have had trouble with this lately. after a few with the left hand I switched to the right hand and found that I did not need as much pressure to do a jelque because of the band and the restriction it was creating. I knew I was on to something so I began to try a different motion and I think I found something good.

    Now as I jelqued with the clamp/silicone piece noteiced that with one hand I could do a jelque and the band followed my hand, when my hand was close to the top of the shaft I could just sort of squeeze the area with the sleeve on it and push it back down to the base and then do another stroke and the blood was still creating engorgement and damn good engorgement at that.

    Now that I had this stroke going well, I began alternating hands every 10 strokes and now is when I found what I think may help those that have stopped gaining with jelque type exercises.

    I put my left hand on the base just over the silicone sleeve and squeezed and pulled hard to the left, I pulled as if I were trying to move my entire root one inch to the left, then I stroked the rest straight up the shaft still maintaining the left ward pull so if you can picture this I mad a letter l with the stroking motion, first an inch hard to the left and then straight up the entire time with great engorgement. I repeated the same with the right hand and pulled it hard to the right and then up.

    What I ended up with was a deep and intense pulling feeling at both sides of the base of my one eyed gooney gopher and an incredibly plumped up vagina probe.

    Now its about 8 hours after the exercise and the base still feels like it had a great work out, the best way to describe the dull burn is much like fatigue from hanging but on the sides of the wang-O-saurus.

    So I am curious, has anyone heard of an exercise like this or is it a new one, it sure as hell works and I wanted to share this with everyone at the gym

    In a nut shell here it is.

    1) place a cock ring or piece of silicone sleeve about 1 inch wide on the shaft as deep as you can towards the base.

    2) do some quick jelques or flaccid bends to get plumped up, actually a few good kegels and some ballooning do quite well.

    3) Grasp the dong with the left hand deep at the base and squeeze tight enough to pull it and then give it a steady and firm pull to the left as if you were trying to move the shaft base an inch over and then start the up stroke and repeat 10 times or so.

    4) repeat with the right hand.

    I found that doing 7 to 10 pulls with each and worked well for me and I did this for 25 minutes non stop and at the end I did 5 minutes of compression squeezes.

    **WARNING**
    This is not a beginners jelque, the pressure can get quite high and afetr only a few jelques I had to lesson the grip pressure. The silicone band kept the wang engorged making it very easy to create intense pressure.

    When I was finished my dong hung there like a veiny prick and felt an inch longer. I will be doing this for a while.

    I would like to see if anyone would try this out and give me some feed back and let me know if it is as intense for you as it was for me. It may take a few minutes because it is a little awkward at first but when you find it you will know.​

    Is it possible to use hand grip at the base instead of a clamp? Or a rubber abnd used for hair?

    I think it would work. I know with the sleeve there s no pinching. Rememer that I came up with this to make up for the loss of grip in my right hand, nothing more and then I played a bit and came up with the intense pull to the side before the up stroke.

    They are bloody awesome! The fat hang afterwards is insane. As I mentioned in that thread, you can bump up the intensity of the exercise slightly by holding under the glans after your jelq and do three really quick kegels, you will feel the pressure where your clamped hand is. I got this added intensity idea from tricks with regular clamping.

    But yeh, I would never do a normal jelq ever again after these bad boys! They seem to work best just after doing girth exercises and before a long duration pumping session. Fat choad city.

    I did something similar to this the only thing i didn't pull to the side but it was something like this

    1. Kegeled few times
    2. Left hand pressure gripped at the base
    3. Put right hand in front of the left and pulled the penis downwards
    4. Jelqued with right hand while holding the left hand at the base not squeezed

    The thing i noticed when bending the gripped penis over the left hand fingers is like i totally restrict blood coming back from CC and CS and as the blood can not go back until i raise my penis, i must say that this exercise was the most intense I did, not even ULI's felt this intense

    It is practically a variation of KITJ's but with this i really feel like the blood is not going back while jelqing.
    Usually when i did these i could rarely come to the glans because the upper part of penis was just brutally engorged and it would start to hurt if i would continue the jelq all the way to the glans. Also did a clamp at end of every jelq.

    I had to stop well before the glans as well but when I did I held it like a uli, the swell was swell.

    This looks like an awesome exercise BigO, I'll have to give it a try.

    Has anyone tried them in conjunction with KITJ's? I'm thinking that could make for a great girth routine. O jelqs to the left, KITJ's then O jelqs to the right, repeat.
