  • Do ligament gains give you erect length gains?

    I've got about 120 hours hanging straight down which I know targets mainly the suspensory ligament. If I lengthen that will I also get erect length gains or only flaccid hang gains?
    Started at: 6.9 Bpfsl
    Currently at: 7.25 Bpfsl / 6.875 Bpel / 4.6 MG
    Goal: 7.5 Bpel / 7.0 Nbpel / 5.5 MG

        I'm hanging in the max red zone with the phallosan now which in guessing is around 8 lbs. I feel like I need to increase the weight every few days to get that same feeling.

            lengthening the suspensory ligament should yield erect length gains (how much depends on how tight the ligament was to begin with). By lowering the exit point of the penis, more of the "inner" penis will be outside of the body when erect.
            I made a diagram of this at one point, but can't find it at the moment

                I'll tell you one thing for sure is that my flaccid size has changed drastically since I started hanging.. Much longer.

                  That raises a question in itself. Is there a way to determine how tightly held the ligament is? Or a way to get an estimate of how much internal penis you may have. I read in your log that you attirbute much of your gains to eq and lig stretching. My eq is naturally pretty high as is, so I don't think I'll gain any more than .25 in from that. Therefore, I'm looking more in the direction of lig stretching, and maybe if I'm lucky, hypertrophy/hyperplasia.

                    I think loosening the ligs should be the first step to actually gaining, once you get your EQ as high as you can. It's much easier to target the tunica when the ligs are loose and not absorbing the force.

                      Yes and no in my opinion. The reason your erection is usually longer than your flaccid length is because of the hidden penis. Your erection brings that out. However, the more you stretch your ligs, the more of that hidden penis is exposed in the flaccid state. This translates into a substantially longer flaccid, but not that big an increase in erect size. This is because at least some of your usually hidden penis is now already exposed before you get hard. This is precisely why almost all gains had from Lazy Ass Stretches is seen in your flaccid length.
