I'd get at least a Bathmate or a girth device, and ADS device and an extender along with some jelqs here and there and you should atl east get 1 inch per year with that possibly even more.

My first year I kinda half-ass my routine but got to 6 inches within the first year and was like wow, this stuff actually works, and then got more serious, so it's really up to you and dedication.
