  • Worried about Kegeling

    Guys,

Apologies if this has been asked before...

Obviously Kegels are easy to do anywhere and anytime without privacy. So a handy exercise.

But I'm worried that if I strengthen this area I could perhaps pull my penis back into myself ?

Is this possible ? Any mentions of this happen to anyone ?

If there was any risk I'd just leave it.

If those with a lot of experience say it really wont happen id like to add in some Kegels.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Just because you can kegel anywhere at any time doesn't mean that you should, over doing it will cause problems, such as, an overtight pelvic floor (imbalance), Pre-E, lower EQ, etc.

But by not doing them, you are denying yourself great benefits too, such as, increased EQ, improved pelvic floor blood circulation, pelvic floor toning, increased stamina, etc.

The key here is balance, first of all, do not do too many kegels, second of all, add reverse kegels to help you balance and strengthen your pelvic floor, they both work together.

      Thanks MRB8,

Yes that makes sense. I'll be sure to check that out.

Sorry for being lazy and not wanting to find that the hard way.

I was going to ask how to do a reverse kegel haha, but i'll do some reading...

      Thanks,
