  • Been about 6 months, no gains

    I did JP's 90 day routine

    My new routine consists:

I still use JP's 90 day for stretching (plus 1 or 2 more stretching exercises)

    For girth:
4x flaccid bend (20 seconds in each direction)
    20 sets of horse squeeze
    3 sets of Uli
5 sets of slow squash jelq (basically, it's like a Uli but I press down on the head at 90% erection for about 30 seconds)

have yet to see any gains (maybe 1 cm. Maybe not. Any discrepancy seems like it can be attributed to measurement variance)

    What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like quite a bit of work that you're putting your unit through. Maybe back off a little but that of course depends on your PIs.

Im sure those more experienced than myself will be along soon to shed more light on your situation.

Are you giving yourself enough rest for recovery from the workouts?

Knowing what your PIs are and if you are giving yourself enough rest is definitely a good thing to know.

From what I read, the gains usually come in this order:

          Better EQ

          Flaccid gains

          Erection gains

If you've experienced better EQ, then you're a third of the way there. If you're having negative PI's then lighten your exercises.

Any gain is considered a gain, let it be 1cm or 1 inch. Just make sure everytime you measure its consistent.
I would like to know from those 6 months, did you take any week off from PE-ing? I read from some threads that most of the experienced members take a week off after 4 weeks of PE to 8 weeks of PE. It helps somewhat for a full recovery for your penis before beginning your next period of intensive penis exercises.

              Thanks guys.
              My PIs are great

I have better EQ after my workouts
              I have seen flaccid gains.
I guess I'm almost there for erect gains

Good , so it looks you can safely try to up the intensity a bit.
Could you describe in details your stretches and how you do them?
It seems you're really after girth, what about you do only one of these squeezing exercises and work your way up in terms of duration and reps?
