    Okay sorry for having two threads at the same time but since this is a different issue I'd figure I'd make another.

    Okay so as I mentioned in my other thread I can only really get to my full erection level /arousal through touching myself. This is still true despite me not using porn for the majority of a year and a half despite a few rough patches.

    When I have morning wood or getting a random boner or get turned on from just thinking about sex i get to maybe 60%-70% of the size I am at when I am at my full arousal when masturbating.

    Just the past few days I was just touching myself and focusing on the good feelings of it, rather than thinking of a fantasy or trying consciously to get my dick up. I noticed doing this that I was bigger and harder than normal. Problem is that I still need some kind of stimulation to get to this level. I want to be able to get that big and hard just by thinking about sex or just randomly, but I don't know how to get to this level again. Maybe because I am bigger now it is not as easy to get there. I noticed that without touching I can only really get to the size that I was before I started jelqing, but to get to the jelqed size I have to assist with touch.

    This is important to me because when I am with a woman I would like to be ready to go as I pull it out rather than have to fondle my dick in front of her or something.

    I've had this sort of problem since my late teens, it slowly got better over time (still trying to figure out the how and why) but starting PE really has sorted out the last of it.
    I would recommend doing a beginner routine such as JP90 along with some edging and giving up porn (if you do use it) along with a kegel routine.

      Cool. So you are able to get fully erect now just naturally without touch?

        Yes. Not always, but more often than not. I used to have to touch to get that last 30% or so but doing PE seems to have sorted the last bit out (mostly)

          You've hit upon a very important practice there! "Visualizations" should be about the feel of the exercise and the emotions experienced when having them. It's not about sexual fantasizing- which can cause negative conditioning.

          Case in point- many men who fantasize for erections often complain that they have to fantasize even when they're having sex! This doesn't allow one to fully appreciate and get into the entire range of senses at their disposal because their mind is elsewhere. Start practicing those visualizations during your stamina exercises to start the conditioning process.

          You must foster the feeling of confidence and being unencumbered. To get started doing that, stop putting pressure on yourself. Kicking the port habit is something you're going to have to do if you wish to have full mastery.
