This is an erect bend exercise. Not sure if I have just invented a new PE variant of it or not.
Grab 100% erect penis with right hand, palm facing outward (to the right) thumb down.
Now take your thumb and put pressure on middle of shaft while simultaneously bringing your pinky in to you.
You can go up or down and apply pressure with thumb to work the whole thing.
I have found this to be a great exercise for size/overall penis strength. I haven't seen it anywhere searching around.
I would consider this intermediate level, you can vary the pressure with your thumb and or pulling in with pinky .

It's called an erect bend. Personally I don't find they do much except provide greater chances of injury.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
