Thread: Any Suggestions

I've been at a plateau for quite a while now and instead of freaking out and throwing an array of different things into my routine to try to get some gains, I've taken some time off, went back to the basics, and increased reps. So far nothing has created any new gains.
I started out using JP's newbie routine and after the 90 days I've added a little more too it as I went along to keep from being conditioned to my routine. After my first measurement without any gains I immediatly took 2 weeks off and started again with a slightly more intense version of Jp's routine.
I still had no gains but no negative PI's but no positive PI's either so I upped the intensity a little more and a little more. After 4 consecutive months of no gains I took a month break and started all over again.
Its now been almost 6 months since my stats have changed so I'm looking for new things to try. Right now my routine consists of basic stretches, A stretches, jelqs, v-jelqs, and short duration clamping.
If anyone has any other exercises or a routine that is worth trying then tell me about it and I'll give it a shot. If all else fails, another longer deacon break it will be.

I think I may give hanging a try. I've never done it before so maybe throwing something new in will produce some gains.

Try shock PE. Errr if i reckon it right Big Al got a thread here.. dunno not yet familiar with the new PE GYM lol.. But basically its a confusion theory where your smooth muscle wont get the phase of your PE and strengthen its self matching the exercise an individual giving.. No specific target, no length and girth just a 100% EQ and a enjoyable session^^ but gains will be welcome :P
