As the title says. I can see/feel my suspensory ligament running up my base towards my abdomen. I measured and there was about 2inches of ligament running between those points. Does this mean I could potentially gain 2inches from stretching it?

The amount one would gain from stretching out the suspensory/fundiform ligaments is individual. I'm sure there is a maximum, but that depends on the persons body.
What you may have felt was the fundiform, which runs like a loop under the base. The suspensory is like a small triangle connecting the top of the base to the pelvis.
And no, I don't think the length of them correlates to how much can be gained from them, but it just may. More tissue might mean more to stretch.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

The one factor you control is how often you and how long a period of time you stretch them. LAS's and Bundled LAS's can be done almost as often as you want to do them.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"
