  • Loss of girth?

    Hey guys,

    So here's the problem. About a month ago I measured my top shaft girth at about 4.5in and now I just measured and it's about 4.25?? What happened?

    Overtraining, or a measuring anomaly.


    How was your EQ on both times? Are you sure you measured at the exact same spot both times?


    What is your PE routine, and how are your PIs?

      I admit my EQ wasn't the best but even then it usually doesn't affect girth that much.

      My routine consist of:
      12 min warmup
      2 sets of stretches in all directions while doing 25 kegles
      V stretches: at base and at head, 2 sets
      7 minutes of wet jelqing with light grip (3 seconds per jelq)
      And I just recently started incorporating squeezed into my workout (10x5seconds)
      Warm down for 7 minutes
      Edge for 20+ minutes

      My PI are decent. I have pretty good flaccid hang the next day, ok EQ

            It is too early for that amount of stretching, just one set is enough, and keep the v-stretches for later.

            Squeezes are advanced and should not be done at this stage.

            I highly recommend that you follow a structured routine such as JP90 or PESG instead of this one.


            You would be surprised how much difference can EQ cause, either way, aim for positive PIs and stay clear from negative PIs.

              I have been at PE for 4 months now though, wouldn't you say I have passed the beginner stages?

                Yes, four months is past the beginner's stage (will move your threads back ) but your penis seems to not be able to handle the load you are putting on it, and you need to take it slow, less is more for many.

                        i would do like MrB8 said man and go with the JP90, everyone sees it but only a handful actually try it. Honestly whats 3months when you talking about a bigger better penis. Id take your workout and the parts you enjoy about it and do you best to mirror the JP90 a bit. That way you have all those hundreds of people to test your results against, and a whole lot of people to answer the question you may have if you hit a wall. Best of luck efip, hope your gains start coming fast

                            I suggest the JP90 until your EQ and all other PI's are excellent. There really is no reason to avoid the JP90 no matter how long you have been involved in PE. Increased EQ and good PI's are the things to guage by, not time involved with the excersizing. Don't rush through just focus on quality of excercises and I am sure you will gain girth. The JP90 program is good even after years of PE in my opinion. Good luck, and enjoy your journey.

                              You do not need to make changes after 3 months.


                              PE is an individualistic process, everyone reacts differently, there is no one size fits all, what may work for someone does not necessarily have to work for you, you need to find your sweet spot, and that is done by keeping your eyes on your PIs!


                              Your penis talks to you, tells you if you are doing too much, too little or just right and that is where you must be to gain.

                              Tweak JP90 to suit your goals, use it as a guideline, a framework, and your penis will tell you the rest.


                              You could be stretching with too much force, or jelqing with a grip too tight, or simply doing too much reps than what your penis can handle at this time, be patient, and gentle, your penis will thank you for it, and may reward you with some gains.
