Hey starting to do Ulis
Have a few questions
1. Can I do them at 80% erection level instead of 100%. I feel like 100 will be to damaging to my vessels
2. I will do 1 rep of 30 seconds in my first session and increase the reps over time. What is a good rep range to eventually work up to and stay at?
3. How many seconds rest should you have in between reps?
4. If Ulis is basically manual clamping then why are people clamping for 10minutes and ulis is just a hold for 30-60 seconds?
5. Are you suppose to slide your grip up the shaft after the 30 seconds?
