  • Time restraints

Okay guys, I have a minor problem. I'm now in basic training, becoming a royal marine. I have on average 2.3 minutes to myself per day so as you can guess I have had no time for the gym. My question is: does anybody think its worth doing it on leave periods and whenever I get time or should I just forget about my journey and put it off for 8 months until I can commit fully?

Well, it's good habit, but only if time allows for it to be a habit. Infrequent exercise can still have a good benefit, though the results will be much, much slower.

So, I guess that's really a question for you. Is it worth it, or more of a pain.

There are some exercises that are mild enough which can be done without a lot of conditioning, and quite discreetly, and quickly.

Congratulations on becoming a Royal Marine. Be safe, and good luck at basic.

JAI stretch is your best friend. Its a very simple excercise and can be done for a few minutes, multiple times a day. Don't expect great gains but if you do this everyday then you should be able to gain a bit or atleast condition your member.

Thanks for your service. Never give up, never give in on your PE. Stretch in the bathroom, stretch in your rack. Even a little stretching everyday will be beneficial. It is your journey, enjoy it. Sieze it, pull it. Good luck.
