Hi this is my first post on PE GYM so I hope im posting it in the right section to get a response. I've been reading a lot for a long time and have a few questions. Ive been doing PE for about 4 months now. I've gained about inch length and half inch girth. I accomplished this by wearing the palloson forte 10+ hours a day with inconsistent bathmate pumping and jelqing. The palloson Forte is getting to annoying to wear and the belt causes me to much pain. Instead of useing it as a ADS ive modified it to be a hanger so I can hang twice a day instead of wearing it all day long. Where my questions come in is I have read that adding anything to a hanging routine can be bad or can over do it. Ive never experienced any blisters, bruisers or injurys and I dont want to start. If you guyz could read over my routine and let me know if i should change anything it would be greatly appriciated.
MORNING
JP 90 routine stretches fallowed by 400 wet jelqs(Or 200 If you count left and right hand as 1 rep)
I then watch porno and play with myself to get a full erection to use my bathmate for 15-20 min
I then hang about 7 pounds off my phalloson for about 45 min to a hour no breaks (while hanging i swing the weight in a circular motion)
I wear a rubber sleeve to prevent turtleing all day
NIGHT
Use bathmate for 5-10 min as a warm up to then hang again for max 30 min no breaks
Wear a rubber sleeve to prevent turtle while sleeping.
Sleeve doesn't always stay on at night
I just started hanging maybe a few days ago to replace wearing my phalloson all day. I took maybe a 1-2 week break from wearing phalloson before i started hanging but still continued jelqing and pumping.
Another quick question, about turtleing as a sign of over doing it. Im a MAJOR grower I have a very small flaccid penis(can get to 2" or smaller) which is a big reason why im doing PE. With a penis like this how can i gauge over doing it? I always turtle after i take a device off or end a routine.
