  • Am I over doing it?

    Hi this is my first post on PE GYM so I hope im posting it in the right section to get a response. I've been reading a lot for a long time and have a few questions. Ive been doing PE for about 4 months now. I've gained about inch length and half inch girth. I accomplished this by wearing the palloson forte 10+ hours a day with inconsistent bathmate pumping and jelqing. The palloson Forte is getting to annoying to wear and the belt causes me to much pain. Instead of useing it as a ADS ive modified it to be a hanger so I can hang twice a day instead of wearing it all day long. Where my questions come in is I have read that adding anything to a hanging routine can be bad or can over do it. Ive never experienced any blisters, bruisers or injurys and I dont want to start. If you guyz could read over my routine and let me know if i should change anything it would be greatly appriciated.


    MORNING
    JP 90 routine stretches fallowed by 400 wet jelqs(Or 200 If you count left and right hand as 1 rep)
    I then watch porno and play with myself to get a full erection to use my bathmate for 15-20 min
    I then hang about 7 pounds off my phalloson for about 45 min to a hour no breaks (while hanging i swing the weight in a circular motion)
    I wear a rubber sleeve to prevent turtleing all day

    NIGHT
    Use bathmate for 5-10 min as a warm up to then hang again for max 30 min no breaks
    Wear a rubber sleeve to prevent turtle while sleeping.
    Sleeve doesn't always stay on at night


    I just started hanging maybe a few days ago to replace wearing my phalloson all day. I took maybe a 1-2 week break from wearing phalloson before i started hanging but still continued jelqing and pumping.

    Another quick question, about turtleing as a sign of over doing it. Im a MAJOR grower I have a very small flaccid penis(can get to 2" or smaller) which is a big reason why im doing PE. With a penis like this how can i gauge over doing it? I always turtle after i take a device off or end a routine.

    How are your PIs? Everyone responds to the exercises in a different manner, for some, this would be overtraining, personally, I prefer the less is more approach where applicable of course, but if this is working for you, then keep going, PE is an individualistic approach.


    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

        That seems like A LOT of stuff to be doing man. I'm no expert, but ever since I read PESG succes story, I've been sceptical about people doing so much stuff.

        However, if this gets you results, then stick at it! Just be damn sure to tell us!

          Thanks a ton for responding and checking out my post first off! Second If this workout was yours and you were only 4 months in would you reduce the jelqing to maybe only 200? would this be considered less of a over work out? TYVM!

            Turtling is normal for me also. When mine turtles from overdoing it it also doesn't want to respond to any stimulation. For me turtling alone doesnt' mean much unless it comes with other negative PIs.

              I don't know. I have tested mine a few times like that only not with porn. I just grab some lotion and do some edging. If it responds well then all is well. Today it didn't respond well and I take that as a negative. I think I may have overdone it. Also when mine is turtled up and I stretch it out and it turtles right back up again that's a negative PI for me. It should hang loose with a little bit of stretching unless it's pretty cold. Everyone is different.

                Thanks a ton mulkey your putting the picture together for me, things are clicking in my head. I know the information is on here but its extremely hard to find with so much of it. Ive been reading on these fourms for almost a year before i started pe and still have tons of questions!

                  Did you find the link on PIs? If it doesn't creep you out to look at dic pics I posted mine turtled up to where the foreskin goes over the glans a little and I'm cut.

                    Yes i def did, and no not grossed out at all. The pics really help wish people would post more of them. Gives us new guys a good reference to check instead of just a bunch of text and our imagination.

                      Some one posted a comment about the photo section being creepy. I thought about taking mine off bc of that so I'm glad to see a positive post about it. Guess he doesn't have to look at them. There was a thread about growers and showers so I posted my turtle pic. The pics are as much for my reference as anyone's.

                        Personally, my advice would be, keep following JP90 until you stop seeing gains from it, then gradually increase the workload, like increase the intensity, add one more exercises, then increase that exercise over time, and so on.

                        Doing too much too soon decreases the potential for gains, if not cause an injury.

                        As I said above, if it is working for you, then it is okay, but carefully monitor your PIs, and back off at the first sign of overtraining, never PE under pain, PE should be pleasant not painful, the popular "No Pain, No Gain" saying, does not apply to PE, pain means it is too late already, and you hurt yourself.
