Been doing LOTS and LOTS of research here. Doing the JonPOP's routine, about 2 months into it and 1 month left to go, so needing your advice here. I have done
JonPOP's routine to the T. Much better PI's and much more hornier, especially in the morning. Could be my imagination but i started out at 5.5" length, 4.5" girth and currentlynow sit at 5.8" at 4.6". I am happy to say the least but if I hit 6", i KNOW for sure I am doing this correctly.
Here's my question: Once I hit the end of my 3rd month mark, I am planning on adding an extender, 2 hours a day, 5 days a week on top of JonPOP's routine. So I will start my day out using the extender for 2 hours, and at the end of my day, I will exercise using the JonPOP's routine. Of course, I will slowly increase the time of using the extender to the recommended time and increase the # of reps of each jelq and v-jelq.
