    I hate doing exercises that require an erection level because it's hard for me to get one and/or maintain one without porn and stimulation. I do NOT have erectile dysfunction. If a lovely naked woman were in the room with me right now and wanted to have sex, I'd be able to get it hard fast and keep it up for quite a while afterwards. The problem is that I have a few FWB so I'm used to having a decent amount of sex every week (this isn't me bragging). Because of this, I find it very hard to use my imagination to get myself hard.

    Thinking of naked ladies does virtually nothing for my erection level anymore. Looking at porn while not in the mood doesn't help either, as I've seen plenty of naked women in real life (again, not bragging). Sometimes even physical stimulation doesn't do much for me. I was wondering if you guys have this problem as well, and could give me advice on how to gain/maintain an erection without watching porn, or thinking about it?

    Also, this is because I feel doing flaccid only penis exercises won't do too much for me in the long run!

    You could try a kegel /reverse kegel routine .

    By using dry orgasm /male multi orgasm techniques ,you can have orgasms but limit the number of ejaculations.

    First from last. Flaccid only excersizes can be beneficial.
    First secondly, quit porn all together. Stop masturbating and see if your sensitivity and EQ rebound. Good luck.

    Oh, I rarely ever masturbate anymore. Just sex. My orgasms are just fine, I definitely do not have PE. I just, basically, want to know how to get hard without porn/thinking of women since that doesn't help too much. Are there certain exercises I can do that, just on physical motions alone can get me at least 50% hard, even in combination with kegels?

    yeah, I'll be honest--if I start jelqing, I'm usually semi-hard by the 10th one. almost fully hard by the 20th.

    I feel that I struggle with jelq because it's hard to keep that erection level for the whole work out. I stopped watching porn too.
