Thread: Stretching Skin or Penis?

I've been doing pe for a yr now with little gains and I was thinking that all this time it might've been that rather then stretching my penis, I was stretching my skin. How can I know?
I have kinda long foreskin and I never retract when I stretch (mostly cuz when I Try to,the foreskin just rolls back over the head). If the issue is me stretching my skin instead of the penis then what about gaining in girth? I've barely made Gains there too.

I wonder this too, i'm a beginner and the stretching sizes seem to stretch the skin, but could that be cause of the grip? I hold my foreskin sometimes to stretch, just to get a better grip. I guess you are supposed to grip with an "ok" grip.

I am circumcised, but I would assume you should be pulling the skin down and then make your grip. You should be able to feel it in your ligs if your stretching properly.
