    I just started jelqing. I usually do it in the shower after I was up (using the hot shower as my warm up). Then I will jelq for 5-10 mins and then do approx. 200 PC squeezes ( not sure the technical name of the exercise. I basically get hard and then hang the wet rag from the end of my penis and lift it approx 200 times). Will this help my erect length gains? If not, can someone tell me where I can find a complete regimine that will help..?

    Hey Bambam, welcome to the Gym. I did a lot of weighted kegels also. Be sure to read the threads on kegels/ reverse kegels. Keep your pelvic floor balanced. A great beginner routine is the JP90, which you can find in the START HERE button at the top of the page. Be safe, and consistent and enjoy your journey.
