Hey brothers,
I figured out that my LOT is at about 8 to 8:30, according to the LOT routine one should then stretch straight out and upwards for length gains...So, when I am doing an inverted V - Stretch, which is part of the Memento method, does that count as upwards ?
Because during inverted v stretching I usually pull my cock over my forearm, so that it goes up but the glans is being pulled down eventually.
Hopefully you have some ideas on this. Any advice which stretches would be the most efffective at an LOT at about 8 ??

Viele Grüße von America Dude. I know some people put great stock in the LOT theory, but for others it doesn't seem to make a difference at all. Have you been getting results previously from implementing it into your routine? In any case LOT is based on ligaments rather than the penis itself, so when you're deciding where the stretch lies, look at which direction the base is being stretched. If you are responding well to the A-frame or V or inverted V stretches by all means keep doing them. You could also move the angle of your arm all around the circle to get the stretch wherever feels best.

@wishful : Yeah due to several years pf PE expereince I would say I am well conditioned, plus my member seems to be quite resistent to any sort of PE, never had any injuries or such thing. Also I take warming up really seriously (usually about 10 minutes hot towel). Warming down and warming up again before jelqing is also part of my routine, so I guess my member can stadn that intensity.
@phoenix: Very good question! No I have actually not gained significantly with my old routine over the years. Just during the last months I have gained about a few mms in BPFSL and I would say 4 mm in girth, so I temporarily went from 14,6 to 15,00cm EGmidshaft but unfortunately these gains vanished, as I dropped training back in the day.
by the way, do you speak some german ?

I'd say go back to whatever you were doing that got you those gains and try to get them back, and stick with that for a while. Ich spreche ein bisschen deutsch...ich habe von Duolingo gelernt
