Hello.
I have a question. Due to some events, I was not able to exercise for about 4-5 months. Before that I had been training for something like a year. During the break, I occasionaly did some light sessions, but that was all. Now, I could start again, but I am wondering what the intensity of my training should be? Should I train as a complete beginner, as if I never stopped, or somewhere in-between? I guess a lot of you have stopped for some time at one point or another, so any information and experience will be helpful.
Thanks!

I was in a similar situation. I started again from scratch but found I was back in condition a lot faster than when I was a complete beginner.

If you have been off the PE for 4-5 months I would suggest that you start with JP90. It's a great routine and gives you a conditioned penis and there is both stretching and jelqing.

Thank you.
I have tried to incorporate jelquing on several occassions, but I cannot seem to do it properly - I do not feel that good, ballooning sensation I have felt just a few times when jelquing. Also, after jelqing, I always feel that my size is actually decreased. That is why for girth I have been using mainly squeezes and ulis. However, now I cannot start directly with these exercises, without being somewhat conditioned.
