Do you ever get in the routine of skipping workouts? I started PE nearly 3.5 years ago.. If I had stayed consistent, imagine the gains?
Anyway, here's what works for me.
You do not let yourself jerk off until you've done your workout for the day. Once you reach your goal for the week (3 workouts or 4 or whatever), you can jerk off as much as you want.
The same goes for having sex if you are in a relationship, except I would recommend going on the previous week's stats, as you don't want to limit the amount of times you have sex because you only have workouts on certain days.
