    Squeezes:
    1. How hard to squeeze?
    2. Is it better to do fewer reps but high duration or is it better to do more reps and low duration? Im currently doing 47 reps of squeezes , each rep is 5 seconds and sometimes it feels like its not enough.
    3. Whats the maximum duration you should squeeze?
    4. Whats the maximum number of reps/sets?
    5. How many girth exercises should I do? How do I know if I should add one or no?
    6. How do you maintain sufficient EQ? Sometimes its no problems for me and the squeezes are great..but other times I have real difficulties getting for example to 70 % erect , because my penis just stays at 30-40 % for example. What do you do to get neccessary EQ? What should I do if Im completely not in the mood and my penis just stays flaccid or semiflaccid?

    Enough to get good expansion, but not enough to cause any damage. You should see swell and engorgement.

    According to what I've read, there's different variations.
    Erect Squeeze
    Squeeze Variation (aka Big Al's Squeeze)
    Advanced Squeeze Variation (aka Big Al's Advanced Squeeze)
    Horse Squeeze

    With "regular" squeezes, it seems that upping the hold time is common. Other directions indicate different methods;

    That depends on your conditioning level, PIs, EQ, and fatigue levels. Keeping it simple, and upping the intensity of a single exercise makes tracking and adjustments easy.

    I think you mean Erection Level? Heavy work can drop your level. A few pleasurable strokes can get you back up. Be mindful though, that it's not your body indicating it's tired and needs a break.

    Stretches:
    1. How hard to stretch?
    Just enough to feel a good pull, but no discomfort, or pain. Repetition and pressure make gains, not excessive force.
    2. Is it better to do fewer reps but high duration or is it better to do more reps and low duration?
    I've always gone with increased time (30, to 45, to 60), and variations such as bundles and A stretches.
    3. Whats the maximum duration you should stretch?
    A minute per stretch has yielded good results for me. I suppose everyone is different. I'd say if you're holding long stretches with no result, a change elsewhere is needed.
    4. Whats the maximum number of reps/sets?
    Again, if 1 minute each direction is not productive, switch to a variation, or add another set, but at a lower time, then move up as needed.
    5. How many length exercises should I do? How do I know if I should add one or no?
    Exact same as number 5 above.
    6. Are stretches more efficient before or after squeezes/girth work?
    Good one. Some do it each way. I think Big Al recommends girth first, for fatigue. Personally, I like stretches first, so lube doesn't interfere, and clean-up doesn't slow me down. Doing dry girth work is different.

    Edging:
    1. Whats the minimum and maximum duration of edging so it is effective?
    I think the goal for stamina training is 20 minutes. Usually 3 times a week. For supplementary size exercising, anything would be good, as long as it doesn't push you into overtraining.
    2. Is it okey to ejaculate after every edging session? (That means after every PE session because I personally edge after every PE session.)
    Recommended to keep it to a few times a week. Depending on your routine, this may be more or less than your PE days.
    3. Is purpose of edging to maintain as hard as possible erection during the longest period of time? Or is it to come near PONR as many times as possible?
    That's size vs. stamina edging. Engorgement and expansion, vs. learning control through finding and pushing the PONR limit. Both, or either.

                Also, about the edging, you said I should keep the ejaculation after edging only to a few times a week. I do PE 3 times a week. I have no sexual partner right now, so edging is basically my only way to ejaculate. Is 3 times a week a lot or still okey? Because I read that edging without ejaculation is not healthy but also when I was a beginner and read a lot of articles about PE, everybody was saying that masturbation/ejaculation immediately before or after PE is bad. So therefore, Im kind of confused about this.
                And, if I would have a sex regularly, would something change? Should I drop out edging completely? If I would have sex everyday 2-3 times a day, would it hinder my gains?

                A lot of questions, I know.

                  I wrote a huge response and then my phone went stupid. So here's a condensed version.

                  Releasing after edging is personal preference.

                  3 Edging sessions per week should add a minimum of 60 minutes to your total weekly workload.

                  Sex won't hinder your gains it generally won't cause gains but - hard dick = good

                  A lot of people say edging after PE is bad. Not because its a bad idea. But because if your PEing good. Your Dicks gonna be tired and you shouldn't have to force an erection to edge. You'll overtrain and that does hinder gains.

                  Pay attention to your P.I.s - Doesn't matter what anyone says... If your Dick is saying "Dude... F Off... I'm Done" then leave edging till later.

                  Masturbation with porn is bad... Long masturbation with no porn is practically edging so you may as well edge.

                  Sex isn't the same as PE so if your having sex 2-3 times a day, Your Dicks going to tell you if he's too wore out for PE.

                  Never a good idea to say - yeah honey... I know you wanna f like bunnies... But I'll pass at the moment cause I'm trying to my peen bigger.

                  If a girl wants you to toss it in her... And you want to toss it in her... Do it. Worry about your schedule later.

                  Now if she wants you to toss it in her... And you don't.. That's different. But the chances of that happening are slim lol.

                    Over masturbation in any form is not healthy. But release actually is, especially if you are increasing your arousal with edging.

                    So yes, 3 times is good.

                    Because I read that edging without ejaculation is not healthy but also when I was a beginner and read a lot of articles about PE, everybody was saying that masturbation/ejaculation immediately before or after PE is bad. So therefore, Im kind of confused about this.
                    Masurbation for release, as opposed to edging, immediately before or after has a tendency to deplete the engorgement. So it is believed by some to be counter-productive to efforts.

                    Also, just like edging, can add to overall workload and fatigue levels. Especially vigorous activity.

                    Nope, nope, and nope. But again, overall workload on your penis can affect things. Like computerguy said, it may lead to fatigue sooner, or more often. So additional rest may be necessary, or adjusting the routine if sex is that frequent on a continual basis.
