    So I'm wrapping up my second week of PE. Very basic. Very light. Manual stretches and light jelqs at low erection levels. I fully understand that results will come slow. I'm not looking for measurable results but I would like some positive PI's to come my way. I've read the PI thread and know what to look for but the only thing I'm seeing so far is loss of morning wood, which upon further research, I've discovered is dependent on many different things and may not even be a PI in my case at all. My sleep is off and stress is up. (Finals are here). Other than that I really haven't seen anything else other than slight fatigue after a workout. My EQ is 7/8/9 out of 10.

    Routine
    Warmup 5-10 minutes

    5 minute stretch (helicopter, left, big circles L&R, Repeat different direction)

    5 min light jelq. 2 hands = 1 rep 3 seconds each hand.

    No v jelqs yet

    Warm down.

    What's your thoughts? Am I under training or just not noticing Positive PI's? I keep looking for increased flaccid or something but now I'm so worried I can't remember what my EQ or flaccid was like before I started.

      I agree. Continue a light PE regimen, but concentrate on the important stuff like school. You have lots of time ahead of you for PE. Life should come first.

        Hey INeedThis, if you normally get morning wood like clockwork I might be inclined to back off a little if the frequency of this has decreased. The main PI's I tend to look for is erection quality as my main PI, but add to this bigger flaccid and general horniness increase and you should be on the right path!

        You might benefit from a log in the progress forum to keep your routine in some kind of ordered traceable systemic manner. That way if you add your PI's to your log others can help you interpret and give you advice based on their experience.

          Dear ineedthis, focus on the important stuff so you can move forward in a positive direction. Do not stress about PE or your finals, just do what needs to be done. Then you will have relaxed time to do what you want to do. Relax, and enjoy.

                Yea I will. I wasn't aware that the JP90 workout was supposed to be warmed up into over a couple of weeks. So I did the full routine for a week and should've done a lot less.

                  Some people find it too much for them so either do reduced versions of the jp90 or do the PESG beginner routine instead. Maybe one of those options may help

                    I keep running into problems 😫 this weekend I got to spend a lot of time with my long distance girlfriend and we had sex...a lot...I kept running into the problem of not being able to keep it up for even a short amount of time without stimulation. I could get it back up easily but it was very annoying trying to switch positions and it be half limp. I thought it was the condoms at first so we tried without one and it helped a little but not like I should be. Secondly I had kind of a pain in the tip when trying to go inside which went away once I was inside. And thirdly when it was time to orgasm they weren't very big. Like hardly anything. Are these all just side effects of the over training that's been mentioned above in this thread? Or have I fucked up on a whole different level. I don't watch porn and this has never been a problem before. My sex drive and libido are high. I masturbate but not a whole lot like I use to. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened. I think it's just because of the over training and with a little more rest I should be good. Today will be my 3rd straight day off of PE but I had sex all weekend. So idk if that counts as an "on" day. Thoughts?

                      Also my EQ was pretty low in my opinion. It's like I couldn't get more than 70-75% percent. I would kegel and try to force blood inside but it didn't have any effect. My dick felt like it wasn't even there. I would be hard and feel hard in my hand but in my mind it was like it was light. I couldn't feel it get harder when I would force blood in with the kegels. I couldn't feel the erection with my body. Like inside me. Idk how to explain it. But it was hard enough for penetration and it lasted long enough for sex. Just very weird experience.

                        Thoughts? You are putting to much pressure on your penis. Take some time to relax and love your penis. What do you study? I would venture that you "need" a degree more than you "need" a bigger penis. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something. Stop busting your own balls so hard.
