So I'm wrapping up my second week of PE. Very basic. Very light. Manual stretches and light jelqs at low erection levels. I fully understand that results will come slow. I'm not looking for measurable results but I would like some positive PI's to come my way. I've read the PI thread and know what to look for but the only thing I'm seeing so far is loss of morning wood, which upon further research, I've discovered is dependent on many different things and may not even be a PI in my case at all. My sleep is off and stress is up. (Finals are here). Other than that I really haven't seen anything else other than slight fatigue after a workout. My EQ is 7/8/9 out of 10.
Routine
Warmup 5-10 minutes
5 minute stretch (helicopter, left, big circles L&R, Repeat different direction)
5 min light jelq. 2 hands = 1 rep 3 seconds each hand.
No v jelqs yet
Warm down.
What's your thoughts? Am I under training or just not noticing Positive PI's? I keep looking for increased flaccid or something but now I'm so worried I can't remember what my EQ or flaccid was like before I started.
