Hello! I have a problem when doing PEGym that i wan't to avoid but still gain as much as possible. This problem has made me quit PEGym, even though i still want to do PEGym.
This occurs more often and especially on rest days:
I have a really hard time getting hard + aroused. My penis doesn't respond at all when my girlfriend is touching my penis with her body and so on, i like to feel my dick against her body/pussy, this usually makes it bigger and bigger, but when i'm doing PEGym it can sometimes not react at all, and when it finally does a little it has no "power", it feels like it is so weak, and the erections are not as hard as they should be.
My routine consists of:
2days on 1day off
Warm UP + Warm Down 10minutes
50 second stretches in each direction
30 turns of 360 degree stretches.
Jelqing everything between 80-100reps
V-Jelq everything between 60-100reps
Keegels 60-80, reverse keegels 60-80.
The goal here is to be able to do PEGym enough that grow is possible, and to be able to have sex with my girlfriend whenever i want. And no, the problem has nothing to do with we have sex too much, because we don't. But when we want to have sex it should not be any of these problems!
My thoughts is, will 1day on 1day off be better for me? Should i decrease the stretches? Heard length exercises will decrease EQ.
