2-3 sec strokes most of the time I guess, just make sure to gently stroke the blood up to the glands (dont jelq your glands). Dont grip too hard, but a careful slightly firm grip when doing the jelqs.
Yes I think the warm down is very important, I get worse PIs if I skip the warm down.
Edging could be smart to do, but I dont think its a + when you end up ejaculating.
Yes try to only masturbate once a day.Starting stats:
01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
After a long break:
01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG

ok thanks for that. Ill give this a go and will let you guys know of results but ill drop jelqing alltogether if i continue with bad eq

Jelqing doesn't necessarily work for everyone- nor is it necessarily the "best" exercise. If you have fears of hurting yourself with the exercise, pick another movement.
