    Hello Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a problem when i used to jelq my penis,i get more errection than the required errection level which disturbs jelqing what should i do???????

    Let it go down and then continue. If you're new, it will go away after a couple of weeks. Just don't start jqling with too high erection level. Focus on something else.

    Good advice. Focus on the excersizes and not the erection. Stop as soon as you hit 70%. Don't get upset with it just be patient. The erections will subside. Your penjs will !earn the difference between excersizes and sexual touch.

    I have been jelqing for years, and I still find it stimulating in a sexual sense. As Wishful stated you will learn to control it as you become use to it. While this might only be a temporary fix, masturbating and hour or so before might help initially. You can't not think about the exercise while doing it because you need to focus on your technique, but if you are doing it in front of mirror for instance, quit looking at yourself performing the exercise.

    PE is all about your mindset and so is sex, to a LARGE degree (PUN intended) Thinking of PE just like a gym workout, something that's healthy and beneficial for my body works for me. Everyone struggles with erections and over stimulation when starting PE, unless you have ED. So get your head (the one between your shoulders) around working out your penis just like a gym workout with weights, good for your abs, glutes, tri's & bi's and after a couple of sessions, your erections will subside during PE routines.

    I used to experience this problem alot when I started PE! Like Jockinthebox said, it's all about mindset. The warm-up is a really good time to get your thoughts in line. In order to have a healthy body, one must take care of it. In the same sense, in order to have a healthy penis and sex life, one must take care of it! Think of PE as your daily workout. Focus on using perfect form during reps and you will have something to think about while you workout. It also helps to look at a wall or the ceiling if you find yourself getting aroused. Physical stimulation is a big factor too. Avoid touching the areas near your frenulum (little bridge of skin between your head's base and the shaft) or the glans (your head).These places are highly sensitive!
