Is your bpfsl any kind of an indicator? Thanks
- 05-31-2015 #2
If your BPFSL has increased that is an indication that erect length gains will follow in due course. If you have measured multiple times over a period of days and your BPFSL has decreased this is a sign that you are overworking yourself and that you should look at your PE routine and see what needs removing or reducing.

It was an indicator for me, but an early one. Took a while for those gains to transfer into BPEL.
It's a good gain all it's own, showing you are expanding and loosening tissue.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Yup, often it is BPEL gains in the post.
