    2 months in to jp90 I wasn't getting the same impact from jelqing anymore. I did jelqing here and there, on and off since around November last year, so I was well conditioned. So I added squeezes to the routine, to help with girth aswel, and was getting much better pump when splitting jelqs into four sets, and doing a set of squeezes in between. So 75 jelqs, 30 squeezes, 75 jelqs and so on.
    Then last week I noticed doing 15-20 shorter squeezes before each jelq really improves the routine. Also brings down the total number of jelqs, was 300 now I'll be lucky to get past 150. Eq is highest I's ever been, definitely see some gains but mainly I'm loving the way it feels after this routine. So although it's only been a week I'm feeling better with this so I'm continuing on with this routine.

    Similarly I have always mixed jelqs into every excersizes I do. In between sets of device use or manual I always jelq. I would say you are on a good path.

    Check the threads in my signature.

    Mr looking for more added Uli's in between jelq sets (not previous every reps) and gained well, I always liked mixing both, I find jelqing feels better when done after squeezes.
