Hi,
Could any smokers on here give me an indication as to their PE success? I know smoking can't help obviously, and I am in the process of trying to quit, but as I get through 20-deck on bad days it would be good to know that it doesn't doom any PE attempts to failure. I am 25 and have smoked heavily for the past couple of years.

Smoking can actually decrease penis size, and it decreases your circulation (I'm not sure whether the first is a product of the second or not). I would recommend, first, quitting smoking. Pretty obvious, but also very important. Also, start exercising if you do not already, as that helps promote circulation. I know some supplements like L-Arginine and L-Citrulline are supposed to help promote circulation too. I am not a smoker, but I would highly doubt it would completely doom PE attempts. Good luck!

Exercising will also detox you of nicotine and help you lose your urges to smoke more quickly. Start light if you don't currently exercise.
I smoke weed daily(2-6 blunts) and have had great gains.Last edited by GoingForGold; 06-02-2015 at 12:31 PM.

I really hope it doesn't hurt your pe gains much as I also smoke. I'm 24 and have been smoking for a year 1/2.I didn't start smoking until after I got with my now wife, who also smokes. Do I need to quit? Yes! Will it be harder to quit if I'm the only one attempting to do so? Yep to that one as well

There is no reason it should affect your gains.
maybe by a sum total of 10%. Don't see any reason it should be too much of a problem. There is a leg to stand on as regards to losing circulation etc, but don't think about it.December 2014:

Yep, I'm going with straw bat on this one. It can and will reduce blood circulation and may lower your healing rate, but there is no reason why one shouldn't still be able to gain if you are a healthy individual otherwise. And like GettinBig1 suggested L-Arginine may help compensate and make up the difference.
