  • What supplements?

    Hi there,

    What supplements do you guys recommend for increased EQ, blood flow etc?

    Currently i take Ginseng and L-arginine.

    What else is there ?
    Start 6inches bpel -> today 8.75 BPEL. 20.5 years old-25

      Good Supplements for EQ:

      > Horny Goat Weed is a natural herb that increases testosterone and sex drive. It also suppresses things in the blood stream that suppress NO2. Therefore, it will be easier to get an erection when you have more NO2 in the blood stream. Also, often times Horny Goat Weed supplements come with Maca Root in it as well. Maca Root is an aphrodisiac and is often used to help men last longer, so it basically helps premature ejaculation. Maca Root also does other things, sorta forgot that also help erection quality.

      > L-Agrinine is an amino acid that converts into NO2 in the blood stream and relaxes blood vessels which allows the blood vessels to expand larger than usual.

      > Ginkgo Biloba, is acts somewhat like a blood thinner which will increase blood flow. It allow oxygenates the blood.

      > Ginseng, promotes overall well-being but is also popular for erectile dysfunction. It promotes blood flow, and I think enhances Ginkgo Biloba's effects. I kind of forgot a lot about this one but look it up it's very helpful as well.

      > Folic Acid, which is vitamin B9, promotes blood flow as well.

      > Exercise, maybe go for a quick job or do a few sprints. Any exercise will improve blood flow.

      > yohimbe, some sort of tree bark found originally in Africa or something that helps tons with sexual health, I think it helps erections as well I need to read more on it (you can look it up). Just make sure to look under the safe amounts to consume because when reading this one I kept reading how it can be more dangerous with side effects.

      > cnidium, It also suppresses things in the blood stream that suppress NO2. Therefore, it will be easier to get an erection when you have more NO2 in the blood stream. So it is kind of like Horny Goat Weed. Horny Goat Weed and cnidium are the most like Cialis because Cialis does this as well to a much higher extent is my bet. Cialis is a prescription drug for erectile dysfunction, if you didn't know that.

      If I were you I would definitely take, l-arginine, Horny Goat Weed (this will almost always also have Maca Root added in it as well, which is nothing to complain about cause it only helps). For l-arginine it will be the most effective taken on an empty stomach. Yet, that can upset your stomach, so maybe eat it with a small snack. A good snack to eat it with would probably be peanut butter because peanut butter has a very high amount of l-arginine in it as well, so this will give you more l-arginine and decrease the lessening working effects of eating when taking the supplement, because now you will technically have overall more l-arginine at once. Another good food to snack with it would be water melon because it has l-citrulline which converts to l-arginine, then l-arginine converts into NO2. So it's basically like adding more l-arginine to it as well if you get the drift haha.

        Along with all of the items itActuallyWorks! stated in his post (other than the yohimbe - I'd personally stay away from the stuff), try taking NO2 directly. Along with all of the items he lists that stops the suppression of NO2, actually taking nitric oxide will increase blood flow tremendously. I started taking it a few days ago and I immediately saw the benefits. My sessions have been much more productive and my flaccid has been much larger and heavier throughout the day. The brand I take is Nitroxyl, you can find it on Amazon.

        I've tailed off on all of the supplements I had been taking and now I only take NO2, Maca and HGW. I've also started eating lots of celery, which is supposed to help with EQ (as well as semen volume). I will still take a couple of volume pills right before sex (and yes, those pills work in the short term), but I've decided to lay off of the other supplements. I think my body had gotten use to them and I'd started to see the real effects starting to wear off. I'll probably cycle back on in a month or so.

        Remember that whatever supplements you add, be sure to drink LOTS of water. LOTS and LOTS of it.

          Often when cruising the bodybuilding forums people 'some' people claim that l-arginine doesn't work (they're stupid, it does, it's just random people on the bodybuilding forum doesn't even matter lol). But almost always I see people say that Agmaatine, which accord to bodybuilding.com it is, "Agmatine, a powerful L-arginine byproduct, may promote muscle pumps, nutrient transport and increased blood flow.*" When I look through the forums there people say it works 110% better than l-arginine and it creates a super crazy pump etc. It seems people on the bodybuilding forum praise this stuff, and also say how it makes their weiner hard as hell and all.


          According to Bodybuilding.com these are all Nitric Oxide (NO2) boosters. And this is what their website says.
          "> L-Arginine: is a precursor to Nitric Oxide and may increase blood flow and muscle pump during a workout!
          > Arginine Ethyl Ester:
          Get the NO boosting benefits of arginine but with better absorption. Try arginine ethyl ester and feel the blood-rushing pump!

            hmm.. Just realized, Arginine Ethyl Ester would probably be a good supplement before sex because "Arginine Ethyl Ester is more effective than Arginine due in part to the Ester molecule. This allows your body to absorb Arginine Ethyl Ester instantly while benefiting from the optima amount of Arginine."

            Hmmm.. I may go out and buy me self some Arginine Ethyl Ester and Agmatine

              Wow! I just was reading online and found out a simple 12 oz. of black beans provides 5 GRAMS of l-arginine! I also read to contain a therapeutic level you need at least 5 grams of l-arginine and 1 gram of l-citrulline. It's talking for heart health though or something. Nonethelss eat your beans! I'm not sure if it is all beans or just black beans. I watched this video and he does not specify, it's just in the video he shows black beans. When he describes it he just plainly says 'beans.' Therefore, any beans should probably do!

              Beans – 12 oz / .75 lb = 338 calories and 1.5 g of fat ======= 5 grams of l-arginine!

                Ive tried both the Agmatine and the L-Arginine. I prefer the L-Arginine and for me just 500-1000 mg pr. day gives me excellent circulation and optimal blood pressure. The reason why it "talks about heart health" is because L-arginine has been shown to be very good for the heart. Body builders like the Agmatine better because of its faster release of NO2 which they then quickly use up to help build muscle mass. But for PE and EQ purposes I think the L-Arginine is better and also adds quicker healing properties, and is overall best for long term circulation and heart health.

                    Oh yeah I know its healthy for the heart because it allows better blood flow obviously. I just ate like 8 oz. of beans earlier. Wow, I can tell there is good amounts of l-arginine in beans just from the larger flaccid hang lol! xD

                    I want to try Arginine Ethyl Ester and Agmatine so bad lol.

                    I could see Arginine Ethyl Ester as being very good to take before PE workouts because it converts to NO2 much faster than regular l-arginine. Therefore, taking it, my guess would be, 10 minutes before a PE workout you could probably get better stretch, etc. basically better workouts.

                    Then I just want to try Agmatine because body buliding forum people always say it makes them hard as a space rocket lol. Just wanna test it.
