    Hi everbody!
    I have known about PE for a while and played around with various aspects of it. I never measured when i was doing it but i did clamping for quite some time (2 months more or less everyday) and probably gained about 1/10 to 1/4 inch girth. I also did DLD'S newbie routine on the MOS site but didn't really enjoy it to be honest and got bored of it after a couple of weeks and no intial gains in length (for those of you that don't know this routine, it's mainly stretches).

    I will be receiving a penis extender in the post on Friday (the Male Edge Pro) and I intend to use this and try the routine that comes with this for a month and see what happens. I also intend to do the Mandingo stretch (i have started doing this in the shower as of yesterday 2x with each hand for 30 seconds). I will measure me stats on Friday when i get my extender (which comes with a ruler specifically for this lol!) and take things from there.

    I have a very high LOT (between 10 and 11) and suggestions for really powerful stretches that target this type of LOT (by the way i love the mandingo stretch so anything like this down the way would be awesome!)

    I would also like to know how long the mandingo stretch should be held for and how many times during a session when you just start using it (this is why is have put this in the advanced forum).

    And anybody who says that such techniques shouldn't be used by beginners, spare me the lecture and give me the thoughts you give someone "more experienced". I feel i finally have the motivation to do this and have been on and off with PE for 5 years and now is the time to devote myself to this (i'm not getting any younger), so please don't patronize me .

    Oh and for those that are going to speculate (maybe partly because one of my posts on another thread didn't go down to well, but i did apologize for it) because I haven't given a penis size ; I have measured in the past but it has been a while so i have a rough idea but not entirely accurate.

      I don't think that people here are trying to be patronizing about advanced techniques. Off-and-on exercise may not have properly conditioned and prepared you to do them. I am not very experienced with PE yet, but I would be very,very careful. You wouldn't want to get an injury and then have to stop for a month to properly heal.

      Also, I'm not too versed on the rules, but I don't think porn is accepted generally, but I imagine a mod will tell you about that.

          I've just changed it, but for whatever reason when i came back to this page it was still the same. Maybe it just takes a bit of time to work. You guys are strict here. MOS didn't seem to care lol

              Ok it's been changed .
              It surprises me though that this is a penis enalrgement forum where you'd expect there to be pictures of penises of and yet they aren't allowed. What if someone wants to demonstrate a new stretch or something and its too hard to describe and they don't know how to illustrate one on the computer. I'm not trying to cause an argument but if an age limit is put on the site couldn't it be done then?

              I've always though visual goals helped with bodybuilding, why not use it for this?

                Well it is a bit hard ,but there is a difference between educational photos and porn, thin though the line may be.
                The site can run into problems if we are tagged as a porn site.

                  The reason we prohibit pictures such as you had in your avatar is:

                  No member should have to look over his shoulder when opening this site.

                  If a member chooses to view any of the many links with pictures or the videos, than he can open them at his discretion. (jP

                      Well it sounds like your seasoned vet already. So use the extender accoring to its instructions. No one is obligatd to post their size. As you can see i don't have my size posted.

                        This is true Kingpole, very true. So nobody has any other ideas other than "follow the instructions"?

                        I was wondering about if there were any downward stretches similar to the tension you get with the mandingo stretch?
