Hey! Do you think it would be more effective if i split my Uli's sessions instead of doing them one after one? explenation: First Uli session will be done before i jelq, the second Uli session will be done after 150 jelqs(at the middle of my jelqing session), and the last Uli session will be done after i finish jelq. What is your opinion? Sounds good or not?

The workout won't be as intense if you split your reps up. Now, you can "superset" your jelqs and ULIs with very good effect. A set of ULIs immediately after every 50 jelqs would balance your routine out nicely.Want a FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE

I agree with BigAl, with something like squeezes or ulis they are way more effective if you combine them together. You get a little more expansion the more you do, so if you separate them out apart they smooth muscles and tunica do not get properly worked out as a result.

Totally agree with this! The way BigAl described doing them is exactly what I did when I was trying to get conditioned for clamping. You will definitely get better expansion by combining the sets and doing them together.
