Was gonna put this in Progress Section, but since it has some assessments on PE, decided to post it in PE Forum./.
These are some of my personal observations, assessments and conclusions since I began my "pe career" in August 2012. Some of these may probably change over time, I hope for better.
1) PE works. Period. It's the single greatest body of knowledge I've ever received and/or activity I've committed to take on. Sure there might be people that may not ever gain because of some type of physical limitation, but for most people it works and works well.
2) PE requires a lot of dedication and it is time consuming to be effective. Partial PE will probably not deliver the wanted results.
3) I've gained a lot and fast particularly lengthwise in the first year and a half. After that, as we all know by now, PE gains do tend to slow down significantly and sort of plateau.
4) I'm still quite not sure if this current slow gaining or plateau im at now is a result of physical limitation (everyone has a limit i'm sure) or if its because I haven't found creative and effective ways to change up my routine - i do notice that my routine has been pretty much the same now for 1 year and a half (basically during this time I have just added some water pump and some clamping on and off). My manual PE routine is advanced.
5) I read a lot and there doesn't seem to be any very creative or new technique or exercise (especially for length) which i haven't tried yet, so 4 above is sort of a conundrum...
6) For length, I feel that the stretching limitation of manual exercises is the reason why I haven't make significant further gains in BPEL for the past 18 months or so. There is so much and so far that i can stretch, so much force that I can use and so long that I can hold, so if I can't push my limits any further, there is no way that my dick will grow farther that I can stretch to - that's why also I have not made any further additional gains in flaccid length, since I can't do LAS any farther than I generally manage to. I've been thinking of taking on extending or finding another type of assisted exercise that may get me farther than i'm able to, although being uncut i'm not quite sure if that will work well (for comfort reasons) and also still unsure if manageable for all day long wear, including for stealth reasons.
7) Girth gains is as we know harder than length, especially because girth is also in part a temporary state and not necessarily a permanent one. I have made some girth gains, but am still far from where i wanna be girth wise and my girth fluctuates a lot depending on the day.
8) I believe that I have "two dicks": one is my real dick, and the other is my "once in a while, porn star dick". By this i mean that 90% of the times yes now my dick grows to a large state, but still far from its fullest size. On a day-to-day basis, engorgement state, erection levels and flaccid blood flow generally tend to be on the shorter end of their potential. This means that I can have a pretty big dick (flaccid or hard) if on a good day, but in general my dick won't be as big as it is (even during sex) if conditions are not "exceptional".
9) Because of what is described in 8, I feel that blood flow and creating conditions for supreme engorgement is the single most important factor to get and to have a big dick look.
There are two facets to PE: molding and creating a bigger container and filling that container up. A big balloon without top notch pressure and air maybe not get to be in fact a big balloon.
A big dick will so so blood flow supply can be a above average dick only. PE helps a lot in keeping the dick with more blood flow - for the past 6 months I have been slacking a bit in PE and noticed a lot negative changes in girth and flaccid size; although just resuming PE for the past 2 days i have recovered a lot of my conditioning without any noticeable loss of size (so now i can say that the gains i've made have in fact become permanent).
10) Generally, I can never truly fill up "my balloon" unless after jelqing, edging, pumping and clamping and getting close to PONR - during those times, I'm impressed by how big my dick can be. Too bad it doesn't get to that state often "naturally" as it should i guess (i'm fit, no health issues).
So I'll keep focusing on trying to improve blood flow and "training" it to get to that state, cause that's keys to achieve a "big dick state".
11) Comments on visual size today are usually a given since I've gained size from PE - basically always women make some sort of remark on the size, when they see it; however, despite being much bigger in length than when I started, women haven't really seems to react much different to it during intercourse (not a lot of size comments during sex, such as "its big", long, or it fills me...); so that gives me the conclusion that I must need to improve a lot on girth and/or techniques because i guess women do not seem to feel much difference during sex just based on length size - saying, from a average/above average dick to a long dick. So girth is king for big (visually and most importantly physically to women)...
12) Harder than gaining size to me its improving endurance - i can't say I have PE, but I would love to last longer and do think that i lack in endurance (being uncut i think its an issue) - edging, balooning, hasn't made significant changes in the process, despite the "training".
12) I will keep doing PE for as long as my dick works, even if just to maintain blood flow supply at an acceptable level....After the past 6 months taking somewhat of a decon, I am hoping to add another inch in length and 1/2 in girth (at least) by the 4th b-day of my PE career. Changing the routine and finding ways will be a focus.

Even if you're not interesting in DO, its great for EQ, too (which may or may not be what you mentioned in your #8 post). It could help with "filling that container up."
I'm about half way thru the routine myself, and my unit is better than when I was 16. And just as embarrassing/inconvenient sometimes.

I skimmed the whole post, if I was you I would take some months off and just let everything settle so to speak. Same with everything in life, you need to take a long break once in a while to untrain your body.

Taking care of your mind and body should far exceed working on your penis. What good is a nice hunk of meat hanging from an unhealthy body? Not saying you're unhealthy or that you don't take care of yourself, but if in fact your priorities start with your penis, I don't think that is too wise. Then again, who the hell am I to tell you that!!! In no way am I trying to piss you off so please don't take it as if I am.
