Vigorous sexual activity is the best exercise for improving EQ and sexual self confidence. If you're very sexually active then you can omit scheduled stamina exercises from your routine.
Keeping that in mind, if you feel that your penis isn't recovering from your workouts due to all of the activity, extend the number of rest days per week to allow for recovery and growth. Because you're already inducing very regular erections and engaging your penis in activity, there should be no concern about a loss of conditioning or training momentum.
The other solution would be to cut back on sexual activity, but most wouldn't consider that a viable option.
