    Hello guys, i'll be starting my JP90 routine tonight in order to attempt to get some girth gains and better EQ going, however, there's one area where I need a little enlightening.

    I've been dating my girlfriend for just around 3 years now, we're very sexually active, having our sex sessions once or twice per day, each session ranging from half an hour to an hour of penetration.

    Is this going to hinder my progress or make me prone to an injury/overtraining?

    Any responses will be appreciated!

    Nope. I am also very sexually active, up to 3 times a day sometimes, and I haven't had any problems. One thing you may want to consider is to not ejaculate every time. Have your fun, just don't cum.

    What's the point of doing PE if you can't have sex? Do both, it never affected my gains.

    I am 49 years old and have sex almost everyday. Good gains also. Just pay attention to your PIs if they start to slip take a break from PE and then lighten the routine some.

    I just wanna say one thing. Take it slow. Don't get overzealous, especially with the JP90 program. Although it is a beginner program, remember that it is an intense beginner program and it can be easy to overwork yourself, especially when you're new at this. I'd work yourself up to the full routine (kind of like what I'm doing right now). Maybe start at a quarter of the amount of jelqs and stretches, see how your PI's are, and maybe add some more every few sessions.

    Yeah, I figured i'd start off with very light pressure and low volume, then build up from there.
    I just hope PE doesn't affect my performances and vice versa.

    When done right PE will affect your performance in the sense that it will increase your EQ and libido. So in a good way.

    Yeah just watch your PI's. If something seems fishy (ex. lower EQ, harder to get up) then back off.
